It depends on the project and its scope - there is no one-size price list. The first call is free of charge and commits you to nothing. After a short Research phase you get a written proposal with a fixed price and milestones, and we always agree the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Most engagements run six to sixteen weeks across our four phases - Research, Design, Build, Operate. Smaller scopes (audits, automations, single integrations) can ship in one to three weeks. We commit to a fixed scope and timeline after the Research phase.

Both. We regularly take over existing codebases for audits, rewrites, performance work, or feature delivery - and we're equally happy starting a greenfield product on day one.

Yes - our Operate phase covers monitoring, security patches, bug fixes, and continuous improvements. We offer monthly retainers from light-touch support to full product ownership, scaled to what your software actually needs.

Yes. Once the work is paid for, you own the source code, the design files, the data, and all intellectual property created for you during the engagement - handed over in your own repositories and accounts. Our pre-existing tools and any third-party or open-source components stay under their own licences; for our tools you get a licence to keep using them in your product. We build in no kill switches and no recurring dependencies on us, so you can take everything to another vendor whenever you choose.

Yes - most of our clients are business owners, operators, or domain experts without a deep technical background. We translate business goals into technical decisions, document every choice, and explain trade-offs in plain language. Your job is to know your business; ours is to turn that into software that actually works.
