There are four ways to work with us: a fixed-price project, monthly maintenance and development, hourly work (€40-60 excl. VAT) and developers who join your team.

Most clients start with a project or a review of what they already run, and continue with a monthly partnership once the software is live. Hourly work and extra developers can be added at any point.

Hourly work and developers in your team are billed at €40-60 per hour (excluding VAT), depending on the kind of work and the experience it needs. Before we start, we agree the rate and an estimate of hours in writing, and every month you get a clear breakdown of what was done.

01 What is the difference between hiring developers and a monthly partnership?
When you hire developers, you lead the work: our developers join your team and tools and follow your priorities, billed hourly or monthly. In a monthly partnership we lead the development, from monitoring and updates to the roadmap, for a fixed monthly amount. Hiring developers suits companies with a technical lead; a monthly partnership suits companies without developers of their own.

02 Which way of working should we choose?
If you know exactly what you need, start with a fixed-price project. If the software is already running and has to stay reliable and keep improving, a monthly partnership fits. If you have your own team and lack hands, take extra developers, and for occasional small jobs hourly work is the simplest. In the first call we tell you honestly which one makes sense.

03 Can we combine them?
Yes, and most clients do. A typical path is a project, then a monthly partnership for maintenance and further development, with hourly work for anything outside the agreed scope.

04 What does an hour of development cost?
€40-60 per hour excluding VAT, depending on the kind of work and the experience it needs. Projects and monthly packages have their own price, agreed in writing before any work starts.

05 Can we leave?
Yes. Monthly agreements have a notice period instead of long lock-ins. The code, data, accounts and documentation are yours, and we hand everything over in an orderly way if you move to another supplier or your own developers.

06 Do you also handle computers and networks?
No - we only do software: applications, web shops, automations and AI. For computers, networks and Microsoft 365 you keep your IT support, and we coordinate with them where the two meet.
