Business process automation that ends the re-typing
We automate repetitive work in sales, operations and finance for small and mid-sized businesses in Croatia and the EU, using the systems you already have.
Overview
Business process automation means software takes over the repetitive steps of a process: copying an order from e-mail into the ERP, matching bank payments to invoices, sending reminders, building the weekly report. We first map how the work really happens today, then pick the steps that cost the most time or cause the most errors, and automate those first. People stay in charge of approvals and exceptions.
We work with what you already use - your ERP, accounting software, web shop, CRM, e-mail and spreadsheets - and connect it through APIs, scheduled jobs or, where needed, document reading. Depending on the job we use workflow tools such as Make, Zapier or n8n, or custom code when volume, reliability or data privacy require it. Every automation logs what it did and alerts someone when something fails.
When it makes sense
- Someone on your team spends hours a week copying orders or invoices from e-mail into the ERP.
- Month-end closing depends on matching bank payments to invoices by hand.
- The same report is rebuilt in Excel every week from three different exports.
- Requests and approvals get lost in inboxes, and nobody knows what is waiting on whom.
What we build
06- 01
Order and invoice processing
Orders, supplier invoices and delivery notes read from e-mail, PDF or portals and entered into your ERP or accounting software.
- 02
Finance automation
Bank statements matched to invoices, payment reminders, recurring invoicing and eRačun exchange, prepared for your accountant.
- 03
Reports and dashboards
Data collected from your systems on a schedule into one report or dashboard, instead of weekly exports and copy-paste.
- 04
Approvals and workflows
Requests, approvals and hand-offs with clear owners, deadlines and notifications, instead of long e-mail threads.
- 05
Notifications and alerts
Messages to staff or customers when something happens - low stock, an overdue payment, a new enquiry, a failed delivery.
- 06
Monitoring and logs
Every run is logged, failures raise an alert straight away, and you can always see what an automation did and why.
How we work
-
Research
A short, fixed-scope phase: we map the process step by step, estimate the hours it costs, and deliver a written brief with a fixed price.
-
Design
We define triggers, rules, exceptions and who approves what, and choose the tooling - a workflow platform or custom code.
-
Build
We build and test with real data alongside your current process, and switch over once the results match.
-
Operate
We monitor runs, handle errors and adjust the automation when your systems, suppliers or rules change.
No price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.
- 01The first call is free and commits you to nothing
- 02You get a fixed price in writing before work starts
- 03You own the code and data once the work is paid for
Questions
-
01 What is business process automation?
Business process automation is using software to carry out the repetitive, rule-based steps of a business process without manual work - for example entering orders into the ERP, matching payments to invoices, sending reminders or compiling reports. The process stays the same or gets simpler, but nobody has to copy data between systems. People only step in for decisions, approvals and exceptions.
-
02 How much does business process automation cost?
The price depends on the project and its scope - how many steps and systems are involved, how clean the data is and how many exceptions the process has. We do not publish a price list. The first call is free of charge, and after a short Research phase you get a fixed price. We always agree it in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
-
03 Which business processes should we automate first?
Start with work that is frequent, repetitive and rule-based, and where mistakes are costly: entering orders and supplier invoices, matching payments, stock updates, routine customer notifications and recurring reports. Good signs are tasks people dread, steps that wait for one person, and data typed into two systems. Processes that change every week or rely on judgement are better left for later.
-
04 When does automation pay off?
Compare the hours a process takes today, plus the cost of its errors, with the one-off cost of building the automation and the cost of running it. High-volume tasks done every day usually pay back fastest; a task done twice a year rarely does. We estimate this for your specific process during Research, so you can decide with real numbers before committing to the build.
-
05 Make, Zapier, n8n or custom code - what do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Workflow platforms like Make, Zapier or n8n are quick to build and easy to adjust, and work well for moderate volumes and standard connections. Custom code makes sense for high volumes, complex rules, systems without ready connectors, or when data must stay on your own servers. Many projects combine both. We explain the trade-offs and running costs before you decide.
-
06 Is our data safe when processes are automated?
Yes, if the automation is built with that in mind. We give each automation only the access it needs, keep credentials out of shared spreadsheets, log every action and process personal data in line with GDPR, preferring EU hosting where possible. Self-hosted tools such as n8n or custom code can keep data entirely on your own infrastructure when your policies require it.
