API and ERP integrations so your systems share data
We connect ERP, CRM, accounting, web shop and payment systems for businesses in Croatia and the EU, so data is entered once and is the same everywhere.
Overview
An integration connects two systems so that data moves between them without anyone re-typing it: orders from the web shop into the ERP, customers from the CRM into accounting, payments from the gateway back to the invoice. We build integrations through official APIs where they exist, and through file exchange, database views or scheduled imports where they do not. For each one it is clear what syncs, in which direction and how often.
In Croatia this usually means connecting accounting and ERP systems such as Minimax, Pantheon, Synesis or Luceed with web shops, CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive, payment gateways, banks and couriers. Before we write code, we check what each system can actually exchange - not every system has an open API, and some need the vendor involved. You get a working integration with logs, error alerts and documentation.
When it makes sense
- Customers, prices or stock levels differ between your web shop, CRM and ERP.
- Invoices are created twice: once in the sales tool and again in the accounting software.
- You are changing your ERP or accounting software, and other systems need to follow.
- A supplier, bank or partner offers an API, but you still download files by hand.
What we build
06- 01
ERP and accounting integrations
Connections to Minimax, Pantheon, Synesis, Luceed and other ERP or accounting systems through their API or supported import formats.
- 02
CRM and ERP integration
Contacts, deals, quotes and invoices synced between your CRM and ERP, so sales and finance see the same customer.
- 03
Web shop and payments
Orders, stock, prices and payment status synced between the shop, the payment gateway and the back office, including refunds.
- 04
Custom APIs
An API for your own system, so partners, mobile apps or other tools can work with your data securely and under control.
- 05
Data sync and migration
One-off migration from an old system and ongoing sync between systems, with mapping rules and duplicate checks.
- 06
Monitoring and alerts
Logs, retries and alerts for every integration, so a failed sync is noticed and fixed before it reaches customers.
How we work
-
Research
A short, fixed-scope phase: we check what each system can exchange, map the data, and deliver a written brief with a fixed price.
-
Design
We define fields, direction, frequency, conflict rules and error handling, and arrange access with your system vendors.
-
Build
We build and test the integration on test data first, then run it alongside the current process before it goes live.
-
Operate
We monitor syncs, react to errors, and update the integration when a vendor changes its API or you change systems.
No price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.

Questions
-
01 What is an API integration?
An API (application programming interface) is the way one system lets other software read and write its data. An API integration is a small program that uses those interfaces to move data between two systems automatically - for example sending each new web shop order to the ERP, or updating a customer in accounting when it changes in the CRM. It replaces manual exports, imports and re-typing.
-
02 How much does an API or ERP integration cost?
The price depends on the project and its scope - which systems are involved, how good their APIs are, how much data moves and in how many directions. We do not publish a price list. The first call is free of charge, and after a short Research phase you get a fixed price, always agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
-
03 Can you integrate Minimax, Pantheon, Luceed or Synesis?
Yes, these are among the systems Croatian businesses most often ask us to connect. Each one offers different options - a public API, an API module that has to be enabled, or import and export of standard files - and some require the vendor or your system partner to grant access. In the Research phase we confirm what your version and licence support before quoting.
-
04 How do you integrate a CRM with an ERP?
First we decide which system is the source of truth for each type of data - usually the CRM for leads and deals, the ERP for products, prices, invoices and payments. Then we map the fields, set the direction and frequency of sync, and define what happens on conflicts and duplicates. The result: sales see invoices and payment status, and finance gets customers without re-typing.
-
05 What if our system has no API?
There is usually still a way. Many older systems can export and import CSV, XML or Excel files on a schedule, offer read access to the database, or accept structured e-mail. We build the integration around what is available and add checks so that nothing gets lost. If none of that is possible, we tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.
-
06 Who maintains the integration when a system changes?
We can. Vendors update their APIs, change fields and retire old versions, so integrations need looking after. In the Operate phase we monitor every sync, receive alerts on failures, and adapt the integration when a system changes or you add a new one. Everything is documented and handed over to you, so another developer can take it over if you prefer.
