Custom software, built around your business

We design, build and run web apps, mobile apps and internal tools for companies in Zagreb, across Croatia and the EU - software that fits the way you already work.

Overview

Custom software is an application built for one business and its processes, rather than a product you rent and then adapt to. We build web applications, mobile apps, internal tools, client portals and complete platforms. You own the code, there are no per-user licences, and the software does what your team actually needs - no screens you never use and no workarounds in spreadsheets.

It makes sense when off-the-shelf tools cover most of the job, but the part that makes your business different is still done by hand, or when you pay for several subscriptions that never quite talk to each other. We also take over existing codebases: we review what is there, stabilise it and keep developing it, so you do not have to start again from scratch.

When it makes sense

What we build

06
  1. 01

    Web applications

Browser-based systems for staff, clients or partners - dashboards, portals, booking and order flows, admin panels.

  2. 02

    Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps, native or cross-platform, together with the backend, API and notifications that keep them running.

  3. 03

    Internal tools

Replacements for spreadsheets and paper: tools for quotes, scheduling, stock, approvals or reporting, built around your workflow.

  4. 04

    New platforms and MVPs

A first working version of a new product, limited to what you need to launch and test with real users, then extended step by step.

  5. 05

    Takeover of existing code

We review and document an existing codebase, fix what is urgent, then continue development or plan a gradual rewrite.

  6. 06

    Maintenance and hosting

Monitoring, security updates, backups and small improvements after launch, so the software keeps up as your business changes.

How we work

  1. Research

A short, fixed-scope phase: we map your processes, users and constraints, and finish with a written brief and a fixed price for the build.

  2. Design

Screens, data model and architecture are agreed before any code is written, so you see how the software will look and work.

  3. Build

We develop in short iterations with regular demos, so you test working software early and can change priorities along the way.

  4. Operate

After launch we monitor, update and improve the software, and hand over the code and documentation into your own accounts.

Pricing

No price list. A fixed price before we start.

Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.

Questions

06 Q
  1. 01 What is custom software development?

Custom software development is designing and building an application for one specific business, instead of buying a ready-made product. The software follows your processes, your data and your users, and you own the source code. Typical examples are internal tools that replace spreadsheets, client or partner portals, web and mobile apps, and platforms that connect several existing systems into one workflow.

  2. 02 How much does custom software cost?

The price depends on the project and its scope - the number of users, screens, integrations and how much existing data has to move. That is why we do not publish a price list. The first call is free of charge: we listen, ask questions and tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer. Before any work starts, we agree a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises later.

  3. 03 How long does it take to develop custom software?

It depends on scope. A focused internal tool or a first version of a portal usually takes weeks, while a larger platform with several user roles and integrations takes months. We prefer to launch a smaller first version early and extend it, rather than wait for everything at once. After the Research phase you get a written plan with a fixed scope and timeline.

  4. 04 Custom or off-the-shelf software - which is better for a small business?

If an off-the-shelf product covers your process well and its licences stay affordable as you grow, use it - we will tell you so. Custom software pays off when the process is what sets you apart, when you are bending your work around a tool, or when several tools need constant manual copying. A common middle ground is keeping proven products and building only the missing part.

  5. 05 Do you offer support after launch and take over existing software?

Yes to both. After launch we provide monitoring, security updates, backups, bug fixes and ongoing improvements, scaled to what the software needs. We also take over applications built by other teams: we start with a review of the code, infrastructure and documentation, fix the urgent risks, and then continue development - or recommend a gradual rewrite where that is cheaper in the long run.

  6. 06 Who owns the source code?

You do, once the work is paid for. The source code, designs, data and documentation created for you are handed over into your own repositories and accounts. Third-party and open-source components keep their own licences. We build in no hidden dependencies on us, so you can continue with your own developers or another vendor whenever you choose.
