Web shop development, connected to your back office
We build web shops and B2B ordering portals for businesses in Croatia and the EU - on Shopify, WooCommerce or custom code, connected to payments, your ERP and shipping.
Overview
We build web shops that are connected to the rest of your business from day one. Orders go straight into your ERP or accounting software, stock levels flow back to the shop, cards are charged through a Croatian payment gateway such as CorvusPay or Monri, and receipts follow the fiscalization rules. Depending on your catalogue and requirements, we build on Shopify, WooCommerce or fully custom code.
Most online stores struggle in the back office, not on the home page: staff re-type orders, stock does not match, and shipping labels are created by hand. So we start from that workflow. For wholesalers and distributors we build B2B ordering portals with customer-specific prices, catalogues and order history. Page speed, technical SEO and structured product data are part of every build, not an extra.
When it makes sense
- Your team re-types web shop orders into the ERP or accounting software every day.
- Stock in the shop and in the warehouse never match, so you sell items you do not have.
- Wholesale customers still order by e-mail, phone or Excel, each with their own prices.
- Your current shop is slow, hard to change, or tied to a platform that no longer fits.
What we build
06- 01
Shopify, WooCommerce or custom
We recommend the platform after Research, based on your catalogue, integrations and the total cost of running it - not on habit.
- 02
B2B ordering portals
Self-service ordering for wholesale customers, with their own price lists, discounts, catalogues, credit limits and order history.
- 03
Checkout and Croatian payments
A short checkout with card payments through CorvusPay, Monri or Stripe, plus bank transfer, cash on delivery and instalments where needed.
- 04
Fiscalization and eRačun
Receipts and invoices set up for Croatian fiscalization and e-invoicing rules, agreed with your accountant and invoicing software.
- 05
ERP, stock and shipping links
Orders go to the ERP, stock and prices come back to the shop, and labels and tracking run through couriers such as GLS or DPD.
- 06
Speed and SEO
Fast pages, clean URLs, structured product data and Core Web Vitals checked before launch, so customers find and use the shop on mobile.
How we work
-
Research
A short, fixed-scope phase: we review catalogue, payments, ERP and logistics, and deliver a written brief, a platform choice and a fixed price.
-
Design
Catalogue, product pages and checkout are designed mobile-first, and every integration is mapped field by field before any code.
-
Build
We build the shop and integrations, migrate products and customers, and test real orders end to end - payment, receipt, ERP and label.
-
Operate
After launch we monitor orders and integrations, apply platform and security updates, and keep improving speed and conversion.
No price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.

Questions
-
01 How much does a web shop cost?
The price depends on the project and its scope - the platform, the size of the catalogue, the design and, above all, the integrations with payments, ERP, stock and couriers. We do not publish a price list. The first call is free of charge, and before any work starts we agree a fixed price in writing, so there are no surprises. Platform subscriptions and payment fees are paid directly to those providers.
-
02 Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom web shop - which should I choose?
Shopify suits shops that want low maintenance and standard features. WooCommerce gives more control and runs on your own hosting, but needs regular updates. A custom shop makes sense for B2B ordering, complex pricing, large catalogues or deep ERP integration, where platforms need too many plugins. We recommend one after Research, based on total running cost and integrations, and we also migrate existing shops.
-
03 Which payment gateway should a web shop in Croatia use?
Most Croatian shops use a local provider such as CorvusPay or Monri (including WSPay), which accept Croatian cards with local acquiring and can offer instalment payments with participating banks. Stripe is quick to set up and works well for international sales. The right choice depends on your customers, card mix, fees and payout terms. We integrate the provider you choose, including refunds and payment status sync.
-
04 Does a web shop need fiscalization and eRačun?
In most cases, yes. In Croatia, card and cash payments to consumers must be fiscalized, and the Fiscalization 2.0 rules in force since 1 January 2026 add mandatory e-invoicing (eRačun) between VAT-registered businesses, which matters for B2B shops. The exact obligations depend on your company and payment methods, so we confirm them with your accountant and build the shop and invoicing flow to match.
-
05 Can you connect a web shop to our ERP and warehouse?
Yes, and we treat it as the core of the project. We connect shops to ERP and accounting systems such as Pantheon, Minimax, Luceed or Synesis, so orders arrive without re-typing and stock and prices stay current in the shop. Where a system has no usable API, we use its supported import and export formats. Courier integrations create labels and send tracking numbers automatically.
-
06 Do you build B2B ordering portals for wholesalers?
Yes. A B2B portal lets your business customers log in, see their own prices and catalogue, check stock, reorder from history and track deliveries, instead of ordering by e-mail or phone. Orders go straight into your ERP with the right customer terms. It can run alongside a consumer web shop on the same product data, or as a separate portal only for wholesale customers.
