Software for law firms built around confidentiality

Software for law firms and notary offices: we build document templates, secure client portals, intake and AI search over your own files, next to the case management program you already use and with confidentiality designed in from the first day.

Overview

Law firms in Croatia already have good tools for the core: a case management program for files, hearings and deadlines, legal databases, and e-Komunikacija for filings with the courts. Notaries work in the systems their chamber provides, such as the e-Notar application. What these tools rarely cover is the work specific to one office - its own contract templates, the way it takes on new clients, how it reports to a large corporate client, or how a partner finds the clause the firm drafted three years ago.

That is the part we build, always as an addition to the official systems, never as a replacement. If a ready-made program for law offices covers your work, keep it - there are several good ones and we will tell you so. Custom software pays off for firms with a recurring type of work in volume, such as debt collection, real estate or corporate transactions, and for offices whose clients expect more than an e-mail with a PDF.

Where it hurts

What we build for law firms and notaries

06
  1. 01

    Document assembly

Your own contract and submission templates filled in from a short form, with the right clauses for the case, ready for a lawyer's review in Word.

  2. 02

    Secure client portal

Clients see the status of their matter, exchange documents and receive invoices in one protected place instead of e-mail attachments.

  3. 03

    Client intake

New clients submit their details and documents online, with a conflict check against existing clients and a clear record of who was identified, when and how.

  4. 04

    Time and activity records

Time and work recorded per matter as it happens, ready for billing and for reports to clients who ask for them.

  5. 05

    Private AI search

An AI assistant that searches only your firm's own documents and precedents, cites the source file, and does not send your data for model training.

  6. 06

    Appointments for notary offices

Online booking for clients, with a list of documents to bring for each type of service, so fewer visits end with 'come back tomorrow'.

How we work together

  1. Confidentiality agreed first

Before we see a single file, we sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement, and agree what data the new tool may hold and where it is stored.

  2. One practice area first

We pick one type of work or one team, map how a matter moves through the office, and build the first tool for it.

  3. Rest of the office

Once it has proved itself, we extend it to other practice areas, add templates and train lawyers and staff on their own matters.

  4. Your development department

After launch we stay on a monthly basis: maintenance, security updates, template changes when the law changes, and new tools as the firm asks for them.

Pricing

No project price list. A fixed price before we start.

Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.

Questions

05 Q
  1. 01 Do you replace our case management program or e-Komunikacija?

No. Case files, hearings and filings with the courts stay in the programs and official systems you already use, and notaries keep working in their chamber's systems. We build the office-specific tools around them, and they work alongside what you already have.

  2. 02 How do you protect client confidentiality?

We sign a confidentiality agreement and a data processing agreement before any work, keep data on servers in the EU, limit access by role and matter, and log every access. Our developers work only with the data they need. Your professional duties remain yours, so the final call on what may be stored and how is always made by you or your adviser.

  3. 03 Is it safe to use AI with client documents?

It can be, if it is set up correctly. The AI assistant we build searches only your own documents, runs under a provider agreement that excludes using your data for training, respects the same access rights as the rest of the system and always shows the source. It drafts and finds; a lawyer decides.

  4. 04 How much does software for a law firm cost?

The price depends on scope - the number of users, practice areas and which tools you need first. That is why we do not publish a price list. The first call is free, and the price is agreed in writing before any work starts.

  5. 05 Is this only for large law firms?

No. A small office with one recurring type of work, such as collections or real estate, often gains the most from a single well-built template tool or client portal. We start with the part that costs you the most time each week.
