Wholesale and distribution software from order to delivery
We build custom wholesale and distribution software - B2B ordering portals, apps for field sales reps and price list tools - so orders stop arriving by phone and email and being re-typed every morning.
Overview
A wholesaler or distributor usually has an ERP that runs the warehouse, invoicing and accounts. The trouble sits before and after it: orders arrive by phone, email, text and spreadsheet, every customer has their own prices and discounts, field reps write orders in a notebook, and drivers and the warehouse hear about changes at the last minute. We build software for that part of the business: a B2B portal where customers order at their own prices, an app for field reps, tools for maintaining price lists, and an overview of deliveries.
If you have a dozen regular customers who order the same thing every week, a settled routine and a good ERP are often enough. Your own software pays off when you have hundreds of customers on different terms, a large range that changes often, a field sales team, or when a ready-made B2B platform cannot handle the way you set prices.
Where it hurts
- Orders come in by phone, email and text, and someone re-types them into the ERP every morning.
- Every customer has their own price list and discounts, so each quote is checked by hand.
- Field reps cannot see stock or a customer's outstanding balance until they call the office.
- Suppliers send new price lists in their own spreadsheets, and lining them up with your catalogue takes days.
- Customers call to ask where their goods are, because nobody except the driver knows when they will arrive.
What we build for wholesalers and distributors
06- 01
B2B ordering portal
Customers order on their own, at their own prices and terms, see past orders, delivery notes and invoices, and repeat an order in one click.
- 02
Field sales app
Orders taken on the spot with prices, stock and the customer's balance, even on a weak signal, plus a visit plan for the week.
- 03
Price lists and discounts
One place for prices per customer and group, promotions and discounts, with a check before any price reaches a customer.
- 04
Supplier price list import
Supplier price lists and catalogues in different formats mapped to your item codes automatically, instead of lined up by hand.
- 05
Deliveries and routes
Deliveries planned by vehicle and day, proof of delivery on the driver's phone, and a notice to the customer when goods leave.
- 06
Sales overview
Sales by customer, item and rep, refreshed daily, with a warning when a regular customer stops ordering.
How we work together
-
One morning with sales and warehouse
We follow how orders come in and where they go for one morning, from the first call to loading, and agree where to start.
-
A pilot with a few customers
The portal or app goes first to a few regular customers or one field rep, and is refined from their feedback.
-
Moving orders over gradually
Customers move to the new channel step by step, and you keep taking phone orders until habits change.
-
Your development team
After launch we stay on monthly: maintenance, new features for customers, and changes when your range, prices or suppliers change.
No project price list. A fixed price before we start.
Every project is different, so the price depends on what you need and how much of it. The first call is free of charge, and you always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts - no surprises.
- 01The first call is free and commits you to nothing
- 02You get a fixed price in writing before work starts
- 03You own the code and data once the work is paid for
- 04Hourly work and extra developers: €40-60 per hour
- 05After launch: software maintenance and development, monthly

Questions
-
01 Why not just a regular web shop?
A retail web shop shows one price to everyone and expects card payment. Wholesale needs prices and discounts per customer, payment on invoice with terms, minimum quantities and several users from the same company. That is why for wholesale we build a B2B portal rather than an adapted web shop.
-
02 Will customers stop phoning?
Not all of them, and not at once. Customers who order often usually switch first, because it saves them time; others stay on the phone until they see the benefit. That is why we roll the portal out gradually and track how many orders come in through each channel.
-
03 Is a ready-made B2B platform good enough?
For a standard range and simple price lists, a ready-made platform can be a good choice, and we will tell you so. A custom build makes sense when the platform cannot follow your pricing rules, when the portal has to serve both reps and customers, or when per-user licences grow faster than the benefit.
-
04 Do you have experience with large catalogues and price data?
Yes. Our own product, Usporedi Cijene, gathers prices from more than 20 retail chains and brings them into one consistent format, refreshed without manual work. The same problem - many sources, each in its own format - is behind lining up supplier price lists in wholesale.
-
05 How much does custom wholesale software cost?
The price depends on scope - the number of customers and users, how complex your pricing rules are, and whether you need a portal only or also a field app, deliveries and reporting. That is why we do not publish a price list. The first call is free, and the price is agreed in writing before work starts.
How many orders do you still re-type?
Tell us how orders reach you today - the first call is free and the price is agreed in writing before work starts.
Completely free. No commitments.
